Affirm Me Day 23

Who Pays the Most for Social Mileage?

Hi, we are continuing from the thought we started to explore yesterday. I have a few more questions for us to explore today. Are you ready? Then let’s go!

  • Do we have our children enduring things to bring us social mileage?
  • What are the things from A to Z that your children are involved in currently and have been involved in?
  • How much of it has inspired the truth about them?
  • How much of it has been about you?
  • Have you ever stopped to scrutinise your children’s educational process?
  • Is the path they are on now for them or is it that you do not know of any other way?

All this could be influenced by the way we are seeing- our perception. The thing is, God’s will is the way. If we are blinded to His will, we will not see and will walk in other paths.

I do know that social comparison motives can get the better of us and force us to love our children conditionally. This will affect the harmony of our deeper values and bring us social values or goodwill rather than doing good for our children

Today, let us renounce from our lives every spiritual blindness that will prevent us from seeing eye to eye with God.

Go ahead and talk to God on your own today. Tomorrow I’ll provide a prayer.
